[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful appliance. But I, too, have had problems with reliability. Evap fan died, plastic drawers broken, condenser system leaked. Have repaired hoping to get more years out of it. Hanging on.
I bought the fridge in November of 2017. Since then it has had 3 no cooling events. One is currently going on. I have lost over $500 of food each time it has gone out. The fact that I spent as much money as I did on it and it has gone out so many times makes me never want to purchase another lg fridge again. It currently just went out again and by the time the service company can get to me it will have been 4 weeks since breaking again. I would love to just get a new fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our fridge in 2015. The size, space and cooling were amazing... Then the compressor went out at 7 years on the dot. The cost of labor to repair is not covered under warranty and you aren’t able to get any technician to touch an LG due to poor warranty policies. We will never buy an LG again and will only buy American made products.

Good money wasted on lg refrigerator. I will not buy another of this brand.
