Brought it 6/16 and that lasted 3 years. It was replaced under warranty. Now that on lasted 3 years and 1 month and was repaired. That lasted 3 days. Waiting on another repair. I don’t have high hopes. Everything made now days us build to fail. It’s not just LG

We got the black stainless steel, and it's much more beautiful than we expected (my wife was afraid of being too dark). The internal space is great (bigger than most similar models), and the apps are just amazing: our 5yo daughter spends a few minutes every day drawing on the whiteboard app, and posting messages to the family. Best money I've ever spent on an appliance!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoy all the features of the fridge and especially like the freezer drawer at bottom. Compressor died just after five years and lost a ton of food. Compressor was replaced at only cost of labor. Appreciate thet

So many issues

I have had so many issues with this refrigerator. During the first year it had issues and they kept sending techs and finally a troop of guys came out and replaced the control panel. I have an ice maker that freezes up often and has big chunks of stuck ice on one side. Now the bottom of the refrigerator section is filling with water on one side! It's never ending. I had a KA side by side for 20 years without a single issue. I love my LG TV, stove, and washer/dryer but the refrigerator has been a huge disappointment.

The 30 cu ft frig meets all our needs based om capacity and organization. Having 3 freezer drawers on the bottom makes it easier to see what is stored. Also kerps regular refridgerator compartment at eye level snd foesn't require bending
