I love *everything* about this refrigerator. Not only does it look very nice (stainless steel, sleek features, nice looking water/ice and electronic display)… but it works with how we live. It was made with families in mind. It’s as spacious as any refrigerator I’ve ever seen. I can fit leftovers from thanksgiving without any issues. The shelves move easily and the top shelf rolls back to create room for tall items. The 2 drawers for crisping are very deep and hold multiple bags of fruit and vegetables as well as large plastic containers of lettuce. The sandwich and cheese drawer is a big hit with the kiddos who like to grab and go. Pull out full depth drawer means you can easily access things at the back of the drawer and you aren’t finding moldy cheese and meat months past its expiration. The freezer on this model is the chefs kiss. Not only does it have a large top drawer, a cavernous bottom that will hold most food boxes standing up on end (so you can line things up and access every box instead of stacking some boxes on top of others). The pizza tray is invaluable. I can lay meat, small boxes and pizzas there and it takes up little very of the useable space in the freezer. They nailed it with this one!

The compressor was just replaced. would not own an LG refrigerator without an extended warranty. Even the repair people say they are junk.

Complete piece of junk. I had it fixed 5 times. And has completely stopped working.

We have had this refrigerator since 2018. It has been serviced three times for two issues. #1 was a bad circulator fan. It wasn't "fixed" the first time and required a whole new circulator fan component which was basically the whole back of the refrigerator! We also just had the compressor replaced. Thank God we bought an extended warranty!
