[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new fridge a month ago and we're very pleased with our selection. We especially like the extra room provided by in door icemaker not taking space up in the fridge shelving space. The independent cooling unit also give us a comfort as the prior unit cooled from the freezer and when that went out the entire refrigerator was useless. New modern lighting illuminates the whole space and I also feel the freezer 'racks' vs plastic tray of the prior also allows for better circulation! I hope we won't have to use it for a long time but the wifi capability which allows remote diagnostics will also be a time and money saver should the need arise. You've created something very cool here LG! Thanks!

I bought an LG refrigerator 5+ years ago when we moved to a new home. I liked it so well that when we moved again a few months ago, I didn't hesitate to order the same make and model. (The buyers of our previous home wanted the refrigerator as part of their offer!) Our first LG was problem free and gave me all the space I needed. The new unit works just as well as the first one I bought and I am very happy with my new (as well as my previous) product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new refrigerator! It looks and feels so much bigger than our old one on the inside even though it is the same size on the outside. It is so much easier to keep organized and find things.
I bought in 2003 what was called an HD Ready Television. The HD channels from Dish were spectacular. I couldn’t imagine at the time that TV could get get any better. I didn’t, particularly, like Plasma or LCD TV’s. There really wasn’t an improvement in picture quality until 4K arrived.
The first time I saw an LG OLED TV I had to have one so I bought one. The picture quality is awesome. I have a 4K DVD player connected to it. I get DirecTV and Netflix. Audio out goes to my home stereo.
This TV is a dream. Fantastic picture, great audio and everything was easy to setup. I’ve had this TV for 14 months and I’m still very pleased with my purchase!

Horrible Refrigerator Bad Compressor Year Two

My compressor went out year 2 and again today! The first time it went out LG indicated it was not under warranty and stated if I purchased an LG Premium Repair and Protect Service Plan for 459$ we would not be charged for a compressor. We bought the plan but never received a copy of it and no one at lg will help me. Horrible service and refrigerator. It was not inexpensive and I expected more from LG THAN THIS.

ABSOLUTE WORST REFRIGERATOR EVER MADE!

We bought this $2000+ (at the time of purchase in 2016) refrigerator expecting to have a reliable appliance. Turns out, it has been the absolute worst appliance and investment made. Over the past 3 years that we have had this appliance, every summer we have had it stop working on us. We had warranty on it, and had it serviced. However, after 4 times of having it serviced for the same issue and multiple request for a replacement, we are still dealing with the same issue. Now, our warranty is up, and are looking at $1000 service repairs. We will never buy LG appliances ever again, Life is NOT Good with their products.

Well Known Compressor and Seal Systems Breakdowns

We bought the LXFS30726S 3 1/2 years ago but only installed it 9 months ago. Stopped Bought this fridge 3 1/2 yrs ago but only installed in 9 months ago and it stopped cooling the fridge and freezer. Repair man said it has a seal system restriction that seems to be common with LG french doors and he can't repair it. Referred me to another company that deals with these kinds of repairs and would cost $450 to $550 plus we lost $300 worth of food. Decided to ditch this fridge vs repairing and buying a different brand.

Has been breaking regularly since I bought it!!!!! first the compressor, then the ice maker, then the freezer fan, sweats on the external surface Never buy another LG product!!!!!!!!!!!!!
