Problem playing music with Itunes

I love the device for its convenience and sound quality. No problems listening to media or Pandora, but I can't use Itunes. I notice another is using Apple Music, so I don't think it's a Mac/Bose communication problem. Any ideas?

Great Speaker

For the size and price, this speaker is light years ahead of any speaker available today. Sound clarity is surprising and it will blow you out of the room. I loved mine so much, I bought a second one to pair!!

Love the sound, disappointed with paraphernalia

Received this as a Christmas gift, and it worked beautifully for approximately 6 months, and the charging cord became difficult to insert. The end of the wall charger cord literally fell apart as I unplugged it; leaving the "innards" of the male end in the Soundlink unit.

Great Sound

I love this sound link and it is easy to connect devices to them. This is where my problem lies. Everyone and anyone can connect to my speaker which is really annoying. I wish there was an optional way to passcode connect it.

I love the soundlink color, I have two of them and I will buy a third, the only thing I request from bose is the ability to pair two to have a stereo sound or to pair more than two at the same time.

Impressive unit until it failed

I bought this unit in July and it has been working flawlessly until tonight. Began charging it and when I went back to check on it the lights were off and it will no longer turn on. Nothing, battery or connected to the charger it's just dead. Hope to find a solution.

Good Speaker...

I've had mine for 10 months now and I'm disappointed that when I plug an auxiliary cord into it and then to my phone to play music, it will play for about 5 minutes or so and then no sound (when I disconnect from speaker the music plays on the phone). I use the auxiliary cord because when I connect via Bluetooth the device very loudly says "connected to xxx iPhone " --- and you aren't able to adjust that volume. In a office environment that's not very good.

Thank you for writing your review. We certainly don't want you to be disappointed with the speaker and would like to help. There are two separate issues here happening individually that we can address.

1. There is a way to disable the voice prompts for you to get back to enjoying the speaker wirelessly. To do so, turn the speaker on. Press and hold Volume + and Volume - at the same time until you hear confirmation that voice prompts are off. That should do it.

2. It is important to use the phone turned up all the way and control volume from the speaker when wired in. If you continue to use the AUX connection for other uses and the issue persists with the volume up, it may be time to try another 3.5mm audio cable.

If it persists with a new cable, give us a call or respond to our email and we can look at this further with you to figure out exactly what is happening there.
