When I first turned on my brand new Wii system, and put Zelda into the unit....my expectations were exceded. The controls, the graphics, the FISHING!!!!!!; it sets a new level for games and possibilities with future Zelda games. When you start playing, you can't stop. I was not diappointed and neither will you. If you are a huge Zelda fan and don't want to be let down, don't wory, you won't, from story line to graphics, to game play will not let you down!!!!!!!

Twilight Princess brings back so many great memories from Ocarina of Time by perfectly recapturing all the gameplay elements that made its predecessor a classic. The motion controls are used excellently and add to the gameplay and immersion thanks to their intuitive nature. Some may criticize Twilight Princess for being a graphical update for Ocarina of Time, and one with GameCube quality graphics at that. But while they share many key elements the differences in stories, characters, items, and dungeon designs are drastic enough that you never feel like you're just playing the same game in a negative way. Instead, the moments when you notice very direct similarities will add to rather than detract from the gameplay experience by giving you that familiarity you experience when running into a good old friend you haven't seen in a few years but can still talk to non-stop right off the bat.

I picked up Twilight Princess on the very first day of the Wii's release and I was very anxious to get my hands on it. I absolutely loved all the Zelda games before it. I played it for a little while and then I stopped because I wanted to play the rest after I received my component cables so I could play in 480p. Good move, because it definitely looked better in 480p. The controls were great, the puzzles were fun, however, I couldn't help but notice how last generation the game looked. I mean I know the game was meant to be released for the gamecube but I was hoping for some more polish to the wii version. Also, the bosses looked nice but they were too easy. The game overall was fairly easy, except for a few puzzles that you really had to think about. The storyline was nothing spectacular either. Most of the characters you meet along the way weren't developed as much as you wanted them to be...you don't really feel a connection with them throughout the game except for Midna, who was very well developed. I think they should've spent more time on developing a connection to Link because I barely even remember some of the other characters in the game now. A lack of voice acting also left this game in the last generation. I don't care if Link doesn't talk but they could've easily made the other characters say something. Overall, I couldn't put the controller down because I was having a blast playing this game. The pacing of the game was done pretty well. The puzzles were great, but a lack of next gen characteristics made me fall short of giving this game 5 stars.

if your are a rpg fans, i seriously recommened you to buy this game. you might take a long time to figure out how to play this game, but inside the game it had all the instruction. example, everytime there is a secret or road, the controller will make a sound to let you have a clue where to go. however, you still need to use your brain to solve the mystery puzzle. the hardest part is to beat the boss. you need special technique to kill every different bosses. i really recommend you to play with this game. thanks for review.!

I can say that this Zelda game is without a doubt THE best one yet! The way you use the Wii remote & Nunchuck controller to attack and defend from your enemies is just brillant! If you have a Wii then you'll definately want to get the Wii version!

I've played The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess about twice now and I still think it's unbelievable, and I've owned the game since Christmas 2006! The game itself is addicting beyond belief, and often keeps me playing long into the night. The main storyline seems to go on forever, and I mean forever. The list of side quests is jaw-droppingly huge, enough to keep you addicted deep into the night and up until the early hours of the morning. Any Legend of Zelda fan, from those crazed about the series to those trying it for the first time, will not be disappointed, nor returning this game anytime soon. Guaranteed. Not only do I think this is a great buy, but one of the best games I've ever gotten. Period.
