I an still learning about the capabilities of this printer but I must say that so far I am quite pleased with the overall performance.. I am working our a few bugs with my Local Area Network but beyond that all is going well.
This is a purchase I am glad that I made.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, so good! Right out of the box, took blue tape off of every part of printer, figured out how to open, figured out how to insert cartridges.

New Printer

I received a new printer for Christmas from my daughter and after hooking it up, it printed with lines in the color scheme. I called and spoke with a representative, and after 1 hour of cleaning and recleaning, still the same. She told me they would send a new replacement printer. It arrived today, and I tested it first with just a color copy -- perfect! Yea, then I went through the set-up and again-- perfect. I have used Epson for over 20 years, the only printer I truly have liked, and was almost ready to change, but you came through again. Thank you.

Easy set-up

I purchased this printer after a lot reseach with Consumer Report. Set up is VERY easy. I am not a real "techie" type but I had this unboxed & running in 1/2 hour with no phone calls to anyone for help. Pinter quality on pictures is outstanding. Only had it a few days but really like this printer.

im a single woman who does not particularly like computers. i was hesitant to purchase this printer b/c i live alone and feared i couldnt figure the setup out myself. i did it woohoo! great simple instructions
