I have had the printer now for a year. At first it was perfect, printed fast, all the feeders worked for everything I thought wow how great. Now, well it has slowed down, the printer heads have to be cleaned often, the feeder for multiple pages copy work does not feed, yet for faxing it does, duh, It does continue to work with my Apple products which is good. Some times pictures come out with lines other times not. For the cost it has done fine and I will continue to use it until it no longer works with the fiddling required at this point, this is the second Epson for the household

The printer has worked great since day one. I do recommend buying the XL cartridges for the printer since they seem to burn up quick. Quiet printing and scanning and very quick printing. Great quality of printing and not too bulky so doesn't take up a lot of room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scan does not work to ipad

I am really disappointed that I can not scan documents from this printer to my iPad. I kept getting a message, "register this printer to Epson Connect account" which I did but still not working. The others features such as copy & print works absolutely excellent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Manual

The first thing I noticed was a lack of information in the manual. The initial set up was pretty easy as was the wifi setup. That said if you've never had a printer this may be a little complicated for you. Once it's set up it works perfectly. A little noisy when it engages the paper.
I would recommend it for the experienced computer user but for a first timer not so much.

My WF2630 is equipped with tanks and ribbon hoses - not the small cartridges that generally come with the printer. Setup was pretty smooth, but operation is where the problem lies. First, every time you turn the printer on is says you're out of ink. So, you have to open the printer and push a button to turn on the hose-fed inks. It's a pain! Then the ribbon did not stay in its slotted bracket above the carriage and kept jamming the heads. So I had to use packing tape to get it to stay. In general the printer is a pain in the butt. However, it does print nicely.
