Love the Bluetooth option

So far it's turning out to be a great printer no problems easy to use doesn't run out of ink very fast great product very happy with this purchase

Set up

For the non- computer geek, set up was not easy. The screen on the printer would not accept the current date and would not let me move past it. I finally had to shut it off and start over. The set up guide needs to be more detailed for those of use who are not very computer literate. Test pages seemed to print nicely. Finally, got thru the set up. Looking forward to easier usage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this printer on 02/20/2017. It was a fast and easy install. The user menus however is a bit tricky to navigate. Id like to see Epson, create a more friendly user menu for people that are older, or have difficult understanding how to navigate the menus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to install and get connected

Very difficult for me to get the wireless connection set and to install the software. I have a 40 year IT background.

difficult to install

The instructions were OK until the actual install (WiFi vs. USB port). Unable to complete installation. I'm a real novice. Will call tomorrow for some help. This is my second Epson printer so I don't expect any ongoing problems.
