So-so

I am comparing this to an older RX580. Scans take twice as long, printing is slower, and after 30 mins. still couldn't get the wireless to work. Used cable.

WiFi connection problems

I was pleased with the size of this printer and the many features it has for the price. I am unhappy with the difficulties I have with the wireless connection. My older model Epson printer that I replaced with this had absolutely no problems remaining connected to the WiFi network - same network, same computer. If it is possible to still return this, I plan to do so.

Difficult to set up

I started at 6:00 PM... downloading software... I am still installing at 10:33 AM next morning :/

User Guide

I just bought this printer and having trouble using it. The quick start guide doesnt give much detail how to use it. I tried to open the user guide the downloaded on my computer when i set it up but it wont let me. I tried to look it up on the website but could not find it! Please send me a user guide or product manual for the workforce WF-2630.

Need more and better installation instructions. Not all users are that computer friendly. Need more step by step details.

The price was right and my husband broke our other printer, so I bought this one. I haven't really tested it printing speed or capacity yet. I will say that setup was NOT a breeze. My tech savvy husband didn't figure it out. I saw a lot of the same questions on the internet about my same problem (router/access point channel conflict). I finally stumbled into the right menu on my computer and changed the bandwidth on my router to 20-40 instead of just 20. There needs to be a special how-to for that particular problem.

User not Friendly

I purchased this all-in-one printer for my mother who is 85 years old to use. It is not user friendly at all. There are too many steps in just making a copy. The interface to scan on the windows 8.1 operating system is not user friendly. There doesn't appear to be an option for adding pages to the scan. The scan of a letter size paper is too large to print at 100% even when the settings are set to letter size. There were no clear directions or manual on how to set up or operate the printer inside the box. The price was very afordable.
