Simple printing

Bought this in January. Don't use it much. Can print from computer to printer but have trouble printing paper documents.

I'm still trying to get the thing to print, and still trying contact technical support. I'm willing to upgrade my review when I can get some assistance in using the darn thing. Thank you. :)

Purchased less than one year ago and constant problems. Loses wifi settings, cannot change paper settings, control panel is not intuitive and goes in constant circles making no changes, difficult to change inks, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
