Good but having trouble

Prints great quality but for the life of me I cannot get it to save my networks wifi password, in turn making me type in the wifi password everytime I wish to print- quite annoying. Called the store to no avail

too hard to set up, the wifi sounds nice but wifi does not mean it will send and receive wifi fax, which is why I got it. I didn't know you have to have a land line and have it plugged into the fax. Bumer! Prints nice, fast shipping, good price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not enough for me

Bought it with resolution and scanning in mind so forfeited on the printing speed, but discovered to get the best resolution I had to forfeit scanning speed as well. The copying speed was entirely too slow. Printing speed a little better but still not acceptable. Did not find it to be a user friendly printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Limited Printer

This printer only allows you to select one of 8 predefined paper types. Transparency is not one of them.
The installer didn't work for the modern modem security.
When it failed, there was no way back, i had to uninstall and then re-install.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At this point, i am still trying to clear-up prints copied on websites. The copies i make of documents are fine. This machine, is what I have been shopping for, I like the features is has.....and hope soon I will get better acquainted with it's functions.

This printer worked in the beginning and I printed about 30 photos of my grandkids and daughter and then I was told to replace ink, which I did and now it won't print all the colours. I changed all the coloured ink to brand new and it still will not print all the colours.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Scanner Issues

My sister gave this to me as she was having problems with getting the fax issue to work. She work with the family business and does not have a intel person to assist her.
I have had experience working on computers, etc. The Scanner system is very difficult to work. NOT FOR BEGINNERS or Intermediate levels. Too much trouble. Ready to go buy another and toss this one.
