More problems than I hoped

Every since I purchased it there have been problems with software. There's an update and I have to resolve install. Now the wireless printer setup won't load. Also if I don't use the printer one day, than I have to clean the nozzle because it won't print.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am satisfied with the performance of the printer. However, I am frustrated that I cannot get the scanner to communicate with my desktop.

Great Printer

I bought this about a month ago and so far no problems. I am retired and have very little experience with computers and hooking things up to it but this was easy to do. I really like the performance it gives and how it does a great job when printing pictures of my grand kids on this. Like the name says workforce great for my home use. I only regret is after i purchased this one i saw one later in my e-mail that had a better ink reserve that lasted for a year and easy refill bottles that you can buy for it. So when this one goes or i give it to my granddaughter for college then i will be checking this one out.

Everything I Need!

Love this printer. I love being able to buy separate cartridges for each color, although I do feel like it uses a lot of ink. I love the wireless feature so I don't have to hook my laptop up every time I want to print. I love the auto-off feature. Basically, I love this printer!

bought mine over a year ago and love it, but it has a mind of its own. sometimes it just won't do anything but sit there and look really cute but won't print on demand. think it's my wifi system
