Problem

I bought printer six months ago and am starting to have problems. The only driver I have is the fax driver. I cannot download the printer driver and I cannot change the printer fax to printer. I need a new disk to load into the printer. Your help would be appreciated.

Printer is slow, ink cartridges expensive.

Home printer scanner

I needed a new printer and saw this in an ad. I like that I finally have a wireless printer/scanner. (It has a fax machine in it too, but I haven't used it) It was easy to set up and use. Copies come out very bright and clear and scanner is easy to use as well. I haven't purchased any replacement ink yet but I did check on the price of replacement ink when I purchased this unit and like the price of this ink much better than the price of ink for my old printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT MACHINE

I bought this printer almost a year ago and never had any problems with it. Great printer & copier. I don't really use any of the other available functions on it. I have also used the fax machine several times.. No negatives to report and well worth the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A little too confusing to set up

I had a hard time setting it up and still don't have the fax part set up. I can't figure out how to change the ink cartridge as the carriage won't scoot over when I open the top.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had this printer for a year. And is been very helpful. I use the printer option plus the scan and copy. I enjoyed and it works great.
