It's just ok

I brought it because it was cheap! You get why you pay for! I serves its purpose but lot of paper jams, wifi doesn't connect instantly! You'll have to reprint the document if it jams, it doesn't pick up where it left off!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WOW! I think I said that already but I have to say this is the most awesome set up I think I have ever had.. the product is exceptional.. the set up is so easy! it takes a few minutes.. but it is worth the little bit of time that it requires for such specific set up.. I have my printer networked to my main pc, my surface laptop, my phone and my tablet.. yes.. i'm a nerd.. but I am a writer and I require my equipment to perform at maximum at all times. I would give this all in one 4 thumbs up! thank you!

My Friend ordered it for her self but when she heard I was working out of my home she gave it to me and said I need it more than she does I couldn't believe it and to top it off I couldn't believe what was all on it so it worked out great and I am forever in debt with my friend

I just finished installing my printer, and it is different from the Epson XP 420 which I had for a few years. I like that my new model has a fax feature. My only complaint is that I have to go online to learn how to use it. Simple instructions like how to make a copy, print, and fax. should be in the box so you could use it right away without having to go online to find how to use it.

I HAVE TRYIED TO INSTALL THIS PRINTER 4 TIMES AND IT WILL NOT INSTALL.I HAVE UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALL AND IT STILL WILL NOT.
