WIF setup

It is disappointing that your keyboard does not support special characters as WiFi passwords I use have several in them so in order for me to use WiFi I have to compromise my security. Very unhappy!

Bad Installation Issues

I cannot get this printer to print. The software installation process was not user friendly. I'm thinking of taking this printer back. Not a great experience.

not so good

Bought it for simple printing/coping; however, I am having difficult time using it. It keep asking to re-set paper setting for coping. This is the most unfriendly, but cheap printer I ever bought.

It worked well for about a week. It constantly has paper jams only...there's no paper jam. I'm definitely disappointed.

In an attempt to simplify setup you have made it extremely complicated for normal, educated consumers that actually read. Pictures and arrows may be fine for some, but the written word is still the best way.

I was really excited to receive this All in one printer in July of 2015. Since then Ive used a few times because it has not been that easy to use. Every time that I want to use the printer there is always an issue. I have print the head nozzle, the ink does not last, It will not print if there is no black ink even though the color ink levels are full. I would think that if there is any type of ink, the printer should print in any color that is available. I recently bought a black ink but the pages do not print at all and I've tried several of the troubleshooting that are described in the FAQ section of the website.
