Black does not work at all. It shows that it is full but nothing is on the paper when it comes out. I have tried cleaning the heads (only a year old) and replacing the cartridge. Still nothing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Prints nicely, but ...

It makes good quality prints, but controls and error messages (and how to clear them) can be very confusing and 'circular.'
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought a week ago. Setup a bit cludgy. Still cannot set up copy function, but will keep trying.
