I am a user not a tech Epson is very user friendly!!!!!
WINDOWS (10) ten, wipes it out with each WITH EACH UPDATE!
BUT Epson is easily reinstall able.

Purchased this to replace my 830. Been using Epson printers forever. Loved the rear paper feed as I use cardstock often. This rear feed is a joke. Only has a one sheet feed. And you have to guess how deep to place it or it will not feed. Very difficult to add paper to the drawer. You have to close everything that juts out in front to do it. And the drawer is not easy to open to refill. There is CD printer tray...I mean...is that a thing anymore? Useless. There is a secondary tray for photo papers...only two sizes. And it does not work all that well. They should have used the space to put in a real rear feed. On the positive side...it was easy to install. The front screen is sometimes confusing. When you make selections you don't know if the printer got it. There is no confirm. Usually, and I mean most of the time, it doesn't. Settings from your computer do not translate to the printer. Pick your selection from the print menu on your computer and the printer just does what it wants. You have to configure BOTH...geez. Really? Will use it until I can get a printer with a proper Rear Feed and easier use of screen and paper trays.
