Cartridge replacement

Replacing the printer cartridge on this printer has been more difficult than any other printer I have ever owned. Getting the printer cartridges to line up without the plastic cover over them so I can access tge cartridge is a chore. I should not have to get out instructions or call customer service to replace a cartridge. But I have had to do this every time. I've never had to do that with any other printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good all in one

Bought this to replace exact same printer. Had first one a few years. Always worked great. When I sent to install new ink cartridges last week, not sure what happened but small springs and metal pieces were under the cartridges. Wouldn't work so I replaced it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
