Worst experience ever

No matter what I did there was always something wrong, whether it be the connection or the printer itself. I haven’t been able to use this piece of garbage once without having to go through long unnecessary troubleshooting and fixing. would recommend if you need a heavy object but other than that it is relatively useless.

I owned this printer for a couple of years. It finally just would not work. It kept giving me a paper jam when the paper was not jammed. Finally thru it away and bought an HP.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Confusion with software and download

downloaded the software and found that it superceded the original software. This caused a lot of confusion when trying to print from computer.

I been using this for more than a year and very convenient, easy access. Efficient features e.g. scanning document, photo copying, and printing wireless via computer and cellphones.

Just keeps working

I have had this one for several years. It doesn't get used alot except for monthly scan to pdf of some snail mail that still comes in. The biggest problem I do find is due to the lack of regular printing, the head does get a little clogged. Thus I usually have to set it to the High Quality mode for printing to get a nice print. That said, the fact that it can sit for several months and still print great is good for a printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
