Worst all in one ever

I had Epson products before with minor issues as expected with similar all in one products, but this is the worst product ever.
I purchased WF-2630 over four month ago, still have not been able to make copy or send a fax. Printer works but quality of print is very bad, scan after hours of struggle manage to scan a page, very bad quality.
This is The Most User Unfriendly, it's impossible to set up and not to change it every time you want to print. Not a true all in one, since fax and copy doesn't work. Very disappointed.

difficulty copying

Printer works fine from computer but the screen that's supposed to tell you about how to copy is super-frustrating (endlessly taking you back to where you started) & the user's manual gives you no help on figuring out what to do

The printer actually took too long just to setup .. Also with out internet you cannot setup ...

The printer skips and does not have quality printing. I have to continue to reset this printer to get it to work.

Not What I thought

I ordered this product thinking I could use it to duplex scan documents through the ADF but it does not have that function and the scanning I was able to do was very slow and I got a jam alert after each scan although there was no jam at all. Installation was easy and painless. Software is easy to use. I printed 2 pages (simplex) which printed very quickly and looked great so if you are interested in a nice printer that looks like it does other things then this product will look great on your desk. However if you want an all-in-one product for multiple functions, look elsewhere. I returned mine.
