I will never buy an Epson printer again.

Very poor instructions. Paper size needs to be reset everytime I print a document. Copy feature will not work at all. Troubleshooting advice is very poor and incomplete. No wonder this printer was so cheap.

I have only purchased epson printers for ever! Ever since I got my first mac computer in 1992! So I must love the epson printer? Well recently, after purchasing a wf 2530 from Epson, and only using it sparingly through the year and a half I have owned it, I am very disappointed in the performance, the inks being a PAIN, having to clean so much. Never had to do that with previous printers. So hopefully I can sell it to someone who might be able to clean the print heads by removing and doing a good cleaning.
I ended up buying another Epson - the WF-2630, only with the hopes the quality had been bettered, and I can only hope for a better performance and no clogging ink print heads!!!!!! ---- please! I just set up the newer WF-2630 this morning, and hopefully will get more than a short run from it. I have heard these printers called throw away printers! I hope not. I have never thought of Epson making such an item.
I would recommend this to a friend!

scanning does not work

I first used the product when I purchased it and the printing of documents and pictures are great! Now that I need to use the scanner it just won't work and I do not know what because I setup for WIFI. Copying quality is also great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I previously had a Epson Workforce, and loved it! However, this one is not user friendly. The screen is black & white and the info and ease of settings is in no way comparable to my original Epson WorkForce.
I Kept thinking I would get use to it but...NO! I'm going to give it away to someone and purchase another one. Unfortunately I waited too long to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Printing works fine.
Copying doesn't work at all.
I continue to get a message that the paper size is not correct.

Setup was NOT flawless. Printer kept giving an error OxEA during setup and making significant noise. Then indicated a paper jam - even though no paper had ever been placed in the printer. Finally after 30 minutes of on and off - as instructions said - the printer finished with internal scan and indicated was ready.
Test page had bent corner. All subsequent pages also had this bent corner even though none in paper tray had a bent corner. Wifi setup was quick and easy.
Am skeptical this printer will last and be reliable.

Had it for 6 months and now replacing it

I made a mistake and went with a cheap printer. I have since "paid" in ink replacements. The cartridges are cheaper than those used in my old printer but last an incredibly short time. I just replaced all 4 colors 3 days ago. I have printed approximately 80 pages, have had to replace 2 colors already and the black and other color are very low. These pages are primarily black and not much on each - no photo images.
The process of changing the cartridges also takes too long. I miss being able to just open the top and pop in a new cartridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

some difficulties

Text printing is fine. I do like the fact that the printer seems to start printing copies as the original (s) is (are) being fed through the machine. I should have bought the model that's better at printing photos. I can print photos with this model, however, I can't print photos that aren't unusually dark from Adobe Photoshop. I have to print from some other app.
Also, It's confusing when you want to replace a cartridge, particularly getting the tray of cartridges to slide out from under the covered part of the printer.
