Great Printer

For the price you can't go wrong with this printer. Real quality and fast printing. Make sure you have a USB cord that fits if not installing wireless. Recommend buying USB cord along with printer and you will be ready to go.

I did not approve of the ink supplied with printer

This printer is excellent and works fine. However the starter ink cartridges were old and ran out quickly. I suggest the include standard cartridges with the printer or provide them free if you pick the on-line printer up at the nearest office depot store. This saves the company on ups shipping and in return you get the free standard 220 cartridges. It is a win win.

Difficult settings- U need to buy 4 ink colors or.

I was very happy when I first purchased my Epson WF-2630 All-in One Printer. It worked wonderful until I had to change ink for the first time. The normal procedures do not apply here. You need to go around the printing settings for long before it changes to those for changing the ink, then when finally you install the blank ink, it tells you need to clean the heads, then when you are ready to print, it needs sepia or ciane or any other color and unless you change it, it does not print even if you only need to print a letter with BLACK INK. The ink does not last enough, and if I am sincere, I would not recommend it.

We have had this printer for 3 years and it has worked wonderfully well with no issues at all. This is saying alot has we have had many printers prior to this one.

Needs Owners Manual

For the price this is a good printer. Biggest problem is that it doesn't have an owners manual. It does come with a CD, but my CD player doesn't work on my computer. So it would be good to have a printed owners manual. Therefore I have to call customer service to learn how and what to do with this printer. The color prints are very good. Wish this printer had a paper supply drawer. Not crazy about the standing paper supply.

Slower but still....

My original workforce 645 had all the bells and whistles to printing all media. Love that machine but the cost of ink got to be impossible. This new machine is slower in that the scrolling messages take longer, the scanning mode takes longer and of course the all media printing options are missing. Still love the Epson quality and quickness of copies. And in retirement my cost of replacing ink is cut in half. Thank You Epson.

I must say, I am VERY SHOCKED with all of the TROUBLE & MAJOR PROBLEMS I am having with this model. I have been an EXTREMELY LOYAL EPSON FAN & USER FOR 30+ YEARS! If you look at my purchases; you will see that I have always used them personally. But part of my job was equipment purchasing and I ALWAYS, without hesitation - worked up all of my purchases for several companies, to include EPSON'S. I'm talking about roughly AT LEAST 100+! Also I helped a lot of people with meeting their computer needs, within their budgets, & they all have EPSON'S.
But this model is a nightmare! I never know what is going to go wrong next, and went as far as to NOT even turn it off (I live in a place with EXTREMELY HIGH ELECTRIC BILLS - but I didn't want anything else to go wrong - but now EVEN LEAVING IT ON IS POINTLESS, as first I tried to copy something (pointless), then I tried to print something (ha! ha! ha!) I REALLY NEED A MACHINE I CAN Count ON and I'm afraid that now - it is no longer Epson.
