Always a problem

Had an older one which quit after 3 years. I just bought all new ink! So I bought the newer model which looks exactly like the one that broke. Turns out the ink cartrige is different! So, Again I have to buy new ink. The ink jets clog frequently which causes poor print quality. This is a cheap low quality product.

epson as bad as a printer can get

Epson is the worse printer I've use. The epson goes through ink and I end up wasting paper having to reprint everything I ended up having to purchase another set of ink when the printer refused to work with the new ink. Had to reinstall the printer to get it to use it's ink.

Vague setup instructions

Having a hard time setting this printer up. The instructions are not very clear and cannot get it to even print the test page. Frustrated!!

When prompted to register the product, and the instructions are followed according to the manual, this site redirects the customer to the Epson store instead of the page to register to Epson connect. I spent 5 hours back and forth. I finally gave up. I will return this product tomorrow and get one that will allow me to set-up my scan.

Takes too long to print. Too hard to maintain ink. I would not buy it or recommend this product for any use at all.

wont print

Bought this printer cause my last 2 printers have been Epson and we always have extra ink. 1st off it was easy to install, but wont print. I tried reseating the ink, cleaning the head, printer head alignment. removed the ink and shook them, none of which worked. Again I have extra ink for my old Epson workforce 520 so I said ill try using one of those but Epson has redesigned the ink and the extras I have wont fit. so now I have an expensive paper weight.

Printer ink cartridge not recognized

The printer was just a year old and I could not get it to recognize the ink cartridges I had just changed! Spoke with Tech support who sent me a new printer. Want to register the new serial but can't find a way to do it.
