I have had my printer for two weeks and have never been able to print or copy. My ink catridges are defective and set up seems circular.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After a few months of using it, I have found it to be reliable. I like that it prints fast, and that it has what I would call a power saving mode.

Ink Change

Each time I need to change the ink I must look at the directions.
In the past, the printers I had were much easier to do the change.
Had I known this, I am not sure I would have purchased it. This is not a BIG DEAL, but my aggravation.
This is my main concern, otherwise, it seems to work OK

printing

My sister bought this for her office. The Fax does not work. So, she gave it to me so that I can use it to print. The only printing I have been able to get this thing to do is from my computer. I cannot get it to print from the printer. Otherwise, to put something on the glass and just hit a fricking print button! JUNK! Cant wait to buy another and throw this JUNK into the garbage.

Changing Cartridges

I would suggest a wider opening of the lid. It's difficult to change the ink cartridges with such the slight/sharp angled opening.
Also, the printer has gone offline and I can find no information as to how to get it back online.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's With The Arrrows?

What are they trying to do with those arrow keys? I can't think of any device that is more counter-intuitive. If it takes 3 family members to get it to copy after one family member, well familiar with printers and copy machines, cannot get it to enlarge a copy, who is wrong here? We've had several four-in-ones and this one takes the cake for being difficult to use to copy. It works ok for printing certainly, but setting it up by using the keypad - just forget it. We'd like our money back.

POOR PRINTER

THIS PRINTER USES INK VERY FAST AND NOW I HAVE HAD IT FOR 3 MONTHS AND THE PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT AT ALL. IT STARTED AND PRINTED THE TOP OF A PAGE WHEN ALL OF THE INK WAS CHANGED AND FILLED AND NOW THE SAME DAY IT WILL NOT PRINT OR MAKE COPIES AT ALL. A VERY POOR DEVICE.

When the new printer started your update it went crazy like printed 100 pages of nonsense, now the ink is basically out and I had to cancel the update. Not very happy.
