Have been using this printer for about 9 months now with no issues. Good printer for small business use.

Extremely hard to change ink cartridges

I have had several printers and never found it hard to change an ink cartridge. The quick guide that comes with the printer does not give instructions to change the ink cartridges. I had to call the support line & they had to walk me through changing the settings so the ink carriage was in a position to access the ink cartridges. Unbelievable!

Not enough documentation with the product and it was in Spanish. I would like to see products that we buy in this Country, to be in English. I still have not got the printer on line to work or print. Having problems with the Printer Console.

I bought this printer for the sheet feeding scanning capabilities and have been very happy with how it is working for me!

Good Printer

Good to Excellent printer. Average fax functions. Very clunky scans. It is marginally acceptable as an all in one machine.
Make sure to use third party inks. The Epson ones are expensive and don't last long.
The scanner requires many too many "features" to be set before making a scan. The settings default to ones which I hardly ever use and this makes it a real chore. If using the sheet feeder it always adds a blank page at the end and claims that there has been a sheet feeder error. This must be cleared before continuing.
The fax function is fine if you only want to send one page. Sending multiple pages usually fails.
The wifi connection works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
