very hard to instal the PRINTER WIRELESSLY. It keeps giving me an error about this printer wont work on the CHANNEL OF MY ROUTER! This is very hard to setup and I have set up many wireless printers in the past. Even other Epsons.

This Workforce 2630 is my second Epson all-in-one. I am a return buyer driven by the ease of set-up and use and the need to expand to accommodate Airprint capabilities for my IPhone 6, and Ibook. Your "Support" and assistance have always been great. Thank You.

Instructions, or lack of!!!

Purchased WF-2630yesterday. Installed it and so far it seems to work but the instruction book is almost non existent. I expected the home screen to display the time and date, which I was directed to enter. A simple picture or more detailed instruction would be quite helpful for a computer dummy like me. I spent a lot of time and a phone call to your support to finally find out that I actually did not have a problem.

THE WORST

Printing quality: POOR, User interface: POOR, Ink Economy: VERY POOR! And did you know that when any one toner is low or out, the machine is rendered USELESS?! Worst Purchase Ever. I'm kicking myself that it took me this long to realize what a piece of garbage this machine is - I could have just returned it to the store and saved myself some hassle.

I absolutely love the installation set up with this product. Very user freely and easy!
My only problem with this product so far is the Menu Options Display. Selecting options for the paper size can become very annoying and confusing.

Difficult Installation

Would not recommend this printer to anyone that has little knowledge of installing new printers. Even trying to figure out how to make copies was difficult. The back slide that holds the paper came off and had a difficult time getting it back in place. There were very few instruction enclosed. Good price but very difficult.

Poorly written directions on paper and in the electronic display box on the printer. Set up WiFi, used it for a day, and unplugged it to save power. The next time I plugged it in - all my WiFi settings had disappeared. I had to reprogram it!
