I don't understand the other reviews I read about this printer being so complicated I found quite the opposite, it was installed and printing wirelessly in less than a half an hour (it took longer to opt out of all the offers) great picture prints ,ink doesn't smudge, very easy to adjust settings for print quality , paper size. Thank you Epson

I don't have a great deal of money so inexpensive printers are a boon for folks like me. The quality is wonderful and instructions for installation are perfect for those of lesser technology qualifications than expert.
The CD driver on my computer is jammed. Using the CD to install the printer was impossible. I wrote Epson and received (within 24 hours) an email with instructions to manually install the interface. Keep up the good work, Epson.

This printer is cheap, noisy, compartments are not practical, toner cartridges do not fit smoothly, and it has a very low wifi connection strength. Doesn't connect so you have to purchase a separate USB cord.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this copier in 2/2016. Very nice. Only problem is that I don't have a manual. Having trouble setting paper size and paper type. Hit all the buttons nothing working. HELP

Aggravating!!!

This printer has been a source of aggravation from day one. Am I missing something? The promps to replace the ink cartridges are confusing and seem to take me through a frustrating loop over and over and over!! The copy quality is good enough but the overall frustration factor outweighs any positive benefits for me. Either I am worse than average for following directions or the designers never sat an average person down to see how frustrated they would get trying to maintain this printer! Argh!!

This printer has reduced my stress and anxiety and has restored my faith (so far) regarding printing...every time I turned around I was purchasing a refill ink cartridge at ridiculous prices for my previous printer...so far I have spent LESS on the purchase of this brand new printer along with refill ink cartridges in 2 months than I spent on 1 refill cartridge for the other printer which lasted about 2 weeks...PLUS I still have replacement ink cartridges left that I have not used...I SERIOUSLY was to the point where I would use the "DRAFT" setting all the time and squeeze every drop of ink out of the former cartridges...it was insane...My daughter-in-love recommended this purchase and she continues to be pleased as well. This has improved my productivity as well as improving the quality of the handouts I utilize in my current job.

This is my first wif-fi printer, and it has worked great - no problems. I can printer from my laptop, and also via a cable connection from my desktop.

Purchased this printer about one month ago. Ready to write a review on it now. I am thoroughly delighted with this printer. It was a total breeze to set up (wirelessly) and "figure out how to use". Thanks for making such a good product and at such a reasonable price.
