Wants to fax instead of print

When I want to print a webpage or a PDF, it definitely only wants to fax it. It only prints when I say print a WORD document.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product. Easy set up and use. The only complaint is the black ink cartridge is too small and needs replaced frequently.

Expected more

Print quality is very good. Everything else about this printer is not. The paper feed jams easily. Scans using the flatbed are consistently flagged for errors. The automatic paper feed is equally cheap and poor quality. I am currently undecided if I will keep this printer or get a better one - probably not an Epson that sacrifices quality for price.

Good little printer, just poor ink use/cost. Changed from an HP where ink seemed to last forever. Even tho ink is a little cheaper with the Epson, sure goes fast (normal print etc, very little graphic/photo use).

Works Great

The print quality if very good on standard level setting. The wireless capability is good allowing another computer to access the printer even though the main computer is connect via ethernet cable since wireless adapter won't work. Very pleased and this the fifth Epson I've owned.

Great printer for home office use. I had an issue, they sent me a new one and told me to send the old one back in the box provided. Fantastic customer service and resolution departments.
