Disappointing

Two previous printers were Epson so when I saw this on sale I jumped at the chance to replace my older model. I am disappointed in this particular printer. The keyboard is very difficult to use to set up the printer. It takes quite a long time to actually start printing a page. The ink is very expensive. Its one redeeming quality is that once you get a page printed, it is crisp and clean.

uses a ton of ink and after my second use the black print wont print correctly, new cartridge but it skips lines and is not working properly. Not recommended.

Print Nozzles don't Work

Make sure you get a USB Cable

Having trouble connecting via wireless and they do not offer a USB cable nor does the standard one fit. SO FRUSTRATING.

Could not hook up wi fi printing, had to use wire. Half the time it won't print, or after showing an error message decides to print after all.

When I first got my WF-2630, I was pleased, although it did take a VERY LONG time to get it installed. I printed, I copied, I scanned. Then after I had copied a document, I was unable to print again. The printer simply will not go back into the print mode. I am baffled. The nicest thing I can say about this machine is that it is NOT USER FRIENDLY.

I never print in color, but I'm constantly having to put in new expensive cartridges, and when I do, something else goes wrong: it lose the connection to the computer, it stops scanning. I've had Epsons for twenty years and they were always great. But not this one.

Constant Problems

This printer was a mistake . . . I have one problem after another. I have been on the phone with support, and the printer simply is NOT user friendly. It constantly decides not to print, saying its offline when it's not. Also, replacing the ink is a nightmare! Why, oh why, did you make it so difficult? The only time the printer does what Epson says it should do, is when the ink is completely out--if it's fading, I cannot, under any circumstances, change it. Also, the printer just randomly decides to be offline, even though it says it's online. I have to restart my computer and the printer every time I want to print. If this is normal, why isn't there better instructions in a more obvious place? Basically, I would not re-purchase and Epson. This has been a VERY disappointing purchase!
