easy fix

Bought printer with extra cartridges at an office store. Upon arriving home realized box had been open and returned with missing disk and ink. Went online and found and downloaded printer drivers and loaded the new ink cartridges after downloading the manual as well. Hooked up to wireless and everything seems to be working we. Was annoyed at the missing pieces but you had everything I needed except to stolen ink. Thanks for making it so easy to fix.

I just went through setting up my new Epson and I was very impressed with the clarity of the directions and the step by step process. I think that this helps the user feel more confident when they are able to get the printer working right the frist time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had several HP printers and lots of problems with them. My daughter recommended an Epson, I have an Epson flatbed scanner which I like, So far setup and registration have been easy, I trust a good relationship will develop with my new Epson WF 2630. Thank You

This printer is compact and the print quality is very good. I do not find the operation to be easy or intuitive and have had to refer to the manual frequently. I have had this printer for about 6 months and use it daily and have had no problems with reliability. Ink replacement is easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer was very nearly impossible to set up and program. Over two hours now and no doubt, still not right as test page was Hardly legible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was dead dumb easy to set-up on our two laptops. Both set up and made the wireless connection. When I send an item to print, no hesitation, it prints. The scanner works fine a bit slow but it is color and works great, have not tried the fax function yet.
