seems like it should be a wonderful machine but I just set it up yesterday, "tried to set it up". It doesn't copy anymore at all, won't stay on internet and won't print in color. I assume somehow I will get it to work.
I didn't set it up when I bought it in October because we were going away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

there were not instruction to set up, Quick Guide didn't have info on how to set up printer or fax

Worst printer I have ever owned!!!!

This is my first and last Epson printer! I bought this at the end of December 2015 and by the second week of January 2016, I started to have print quality issues. The printed document always has large blank spaces clear across the page every few lines to the bottom of the page. I put new ink cartridges in tonight (again), cleaned the print heads and everything else in menu (again and again) and STILL can't print a clear word document! This purchase was the biggest mistake! I'm in my 40s and have purchased a lot of printers over the years and this has been by far the worst experince I've ever had! Please don't buy this printer. It literally cannot print a basic word document. The ink cartridges need to be replaced so often and I'm using all the ink just to get one word document printed without giant patches of missing ink throughout the doc! Total waste of my time and money. So incredibly frustrating!

Ive been working with this printer and can not get the copy aspect to work. It keeps saying the paper is not valid.

It took phone calls and several hours to set up my new printer because I did not get enough information to realize that it could not be set up wireless because of the Wi-Fi setup where I live.
It would help if more information was provided at time of purchase.

1. The printer takes too long to scan, (it takes 2 minutes to scan one document).
2. The “print” options show on the screen every time I hit print, (very distracting).
3. Poor “quality control, (the first printer sent to me was defective; document feeder was defective).

This might work if you rarely print anything and have time to babysit the printer, but if you don't...don't get it. It also runs out of ink quickly. Everything about this printer is slow, except how quickly the ink runs out. Don't waste your money on this one. I've had the printer about a month and I've had to replace the ink twice and it's already telling me it is low again.
