ink cartridges

Photos in brochure do NOT explain how to remove the existing cartridge . Cartridge holder is unmoveable so I am unable to remove the old and insert new.

Nothing works properly! Constantly inconvenienced by having to resend print jobs. Scanner doesn't work.

This is the worst printer I’ve ever owned! I got it to have a simple printer, cheap ink to just run off documents on. I have never hand so much problems. It takes, I kid you not, 4 to 24 hours to install the printer. When I go to print something I am told it is not connected to the internet. I reconnect it that takes about 1 to 2 hours. It won’t connect. I give up and use a cable. It can’t find the printer. When I have got it to connect I try to print and nothing happens. I am packing it up and taking it back to the store. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its a greater and faster printer compared to my older printer. The setup was easier.

I cannot get this printer/copier to copy anything I want to copy. it keeps telling me to start over. I HATE IT AND PLAN ON THROWING IT AWAY and getting something that works.
