Good product but difficult setup

Does all-in-one except to provision to copy or scan material in book/bound form.
Surprisingly had to set up: After step 6 of "Start Here" instructions, conflict between what screen on printer asks for and what screen of computer asks for. The printer wants setup, which is not explained anywhere, and computer wants to continue after printer is ready. And there is no clear provision to defer printer setup and complete what computer wants. Eventually gave up on printer and just forged on with computer setup. Took about 2 hours.

Set up is pretty straight forward, meets all of my needs for working from home and the needs of my children. Prints just as fast as my laser printer. Excited to be able to print wirelessly.

I have purchased 3 Epson's in the last two months and each one had an issue with the black and magenta ink the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge, ink is way too expensive for this to happen, it happened with each one of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super EASY!

I am not very tech savy but the set up was extremely easy and prints reports and color like a high end printer. Very impressed with the ease of the wifi configuration. Really really nice printer. Super easy to use. Painless and easy.

I usually have problems installing software and hardware but this process went very well, with no side tracking or confusion. The product almost registered itself for warranty when everything else was done.
Good job Epson!!

I bought this printer because my business one quit and I needed to print something ASAP. It's okay but it locks up every time I send something to it when it hasn't been used immediately beforehand. So far the only solution I have found is to unplug it and plug it back in. The colors aren't as vivid as my last printer but I don't really feel a need for that crispness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
