Awsome document printer, fast and sharp text print

I really like the double sided printing and the quality is clearer than other printers I have used and a lot faster. Even the double sided printing speed is decent. The initial load up time is faster to, which I print out of a truck so it gets turned on just before printing. The first one I got had an issue and only printed yellow, exchanged and the second one has been printing beautifully. The only thing I wish is that they would make one with black only as I do not need or use color ink but they still run out.

LONGGG Set up process

Wow...what a long set up process. It took no less than 30 minutes to unpack and install with printer cartridges, with no written descriptions of what to do. Who wants to download the basic installation instructions. THEN, at least 45 minutes to install a disc onto my laptop to link up with the printer (who needs to do that anymore?). Time and again you would have to go back and forth turning off and on the printer. I hope the actual process of printing in far easier than what today has been.

Epson WF-2650

This is a 2nd printer. My initial printer was defective, so Epson sent me a replacement Set up (for me) was difficult, as instructions are not as clear as they could be. I think I finally got it without calling tech support. I will continue to work at getting it to work right for me. I does print beautifully, though, and I like that--still trying to figure out how to make it quieter.

works great but have cartridge issues

I just bought this a month ago through Amazon and I got a free cartridge from Epson. I went to change the cartridge and it does not recognize the cartridge after several attempts to install it and click it in. It was a 200 but I noticed in the printer they already had a 220 I I need a cartridge and don't know what to do

This is my third Epson product, and I have recommended this to all of my coworkers, who are setting up home businesses. I am working as a transcriptionist, and when they told us we had to purchase our own printer, there was no question in my mind that it would be an Epson product. Thank you so much for your great products.
