The WF-2650 was easy to set up and use. I am NOT technically savvy, so for me to say that it was an effortless install is high praise.

Easy set up

I just got the printer yesterday so cannot attest to how it works over time but it is the easiest set up I've ever experienced with a printer. I followed the easy instructions on the printer screen, downloaded the driver/etc to my macbook air (no need for the CD), and the two devices did the rest. The connection to my Wi-Fi was flawless the first time. Just hit "print" and it printed. Then I tried it from my iPhone and, again, it worked perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered on line at AAFES thinking it will be a easy setup with WI-FI. Come to find out needed a universal USB cord because I just could not bird dog the Wi-Fi Connection... I hope the fax works when I get a good connection

Compatibility with Windows 10

I purchased a WF-2560 and found it would not work with Windows 10 until new drivers and software was downloaded. This should have been provided when the printer was purchased. It has been extremely frustrating trying to set up the scanner. Much improvement could be realized in this area.

Only one problem with this great piece of technology...Ink flows like beer on a Saturday night. No problem with install, use, or quality. If you're looking for a do it all printer, this is your "guy".

This has to be the most time consuming printer ever owned. One is unable to just turn on printer and right away copy, print or fax. To do any printer job takes about 45min. plus. The printer cartridges have a low ink capacity. Wi-Fi printing is unbearably frustrating it requires a setup connection with each use. I don't recommend this product.
