Having Trouble

I can't seem to get the copier or scanner to work. I have to keep downloading the disk and it will work. The next day it won't. I'm not that good at computers, so this is very frustrating.

Okay for light duty

I just got this product, the instructions were easy to follow, I was able to set it up right away and connected to my laptop via wifi. However upon the completion of the set up I encountered a problem, the printer was printing blank pages. I had to call technical support to help me out, they were able to help me resolve this issue and now the printer it's printing fine, and fast. However I still don't know if I'm going to have anymore issues in the future since I just bought it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is great. It has a very professional look for home or small office. it was easy to set up and the printing is superb. Well worth the money. This is the first time I went with an Epson and probably won't go back to any other. Thank You Epson!

Worked in the beginning

the printer worked fine at first but when it came time to replace the ink cartridges it just stopped printing correctly. I did the head alignments and the cleaning as it suggested to solve my problem. NOTHING! I did both several times and still nothing. I so annoyed at this product. I don't have time for a useless printer

This is second unit. First one worked fine for a time. Then it had two problems. I could not get it to copy and I could not change paper source setting. The second problem is that my Mac will not recognize printer or vice versa.

Color Me Shocked!

This is the fastest I have ever setup a new printer. From opening the box to printing to test page it timed out at about 15 minutes.
The instructions were clear and easy, and I didn't even have to use a printer cable connected to my laptop at any time. The printer detected the wireless network the first time, and then my laptop (running Windows 10 Preview) recognized it immediately, set it as default, and a beautiful, crisp test page came flying out. I think I sat there in shock for a few minutes, wondering if all of this amazingness had truly just happened.
The ink refills seem to be priced well, and were easy to install. The test page (printed in color) looked great. I printed off a photo on photo paper for a quick test and that looked awesome as well for a home office printer in this price range.
I have not tested scanning or copying, and of course durability and ink life will still need to be proven, but for now I am thrilled at this printer. Thanks Epson!
