Excellent Product

The Epson printer works brilliantly. At first I thought it wasn't going to function properly after a few months, as a lot of technological operating systems do, but no, it actually works great for my school work. I have no problems with it. Installing new ink cartridges is very easy, and the printer notifies me when the ink is running low, which is helpful :)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased Epson WorkForce WF-2650 All-in-One Printer for my wife. Set up went smooth until it was loaded with ink. Printer would not print. Checked and cleaned nozzles until the supplied ink cartridges were said to be empty and still no color ink printed. Installed new set of ink cartridges that were purchased with printer and continued to clean nozzles until printer said that we were out of ink again. Still no printing with the color ink. Removed cartridges and they still had plenty of ink as you could hear and feel it when shaking them but now printer will not print because it thinks cartridges are empty. Throwing printer out and will purchase different printer. Very frustrating to have purchased lemon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Connecting fax function

On the phone on 01/06/2016--trying to get a rep on the phone to help with the fax function because "some" things are not as easy as advertised.

I'm just so pleased to have finally found a product that I could install without spending hours trying to figure out. Very user friendly, specially for us older people who are technology challenged.

This is the best All In One Printer that I have ever owned. This printer is very easy to use, if there is ever a need for a new purchase of a printer it will definitely be An EPSON All In One Printer!
