Printer/Product Set-up

Printer/Product set- up was so easy! The 'Start Here' instructions along with the 'Quick Guide' were simplistic and easy to follow-even the steps where the installer was required to manually select and input data to the printer itself. I didn't have to over think or try to interpret the information provided. and the pc product set- up- so easy!
Epson, You should include the USB cord, though:-) Fortunately, I had one on hand.

I had a problem connecting the printer to my laptop. Called support, answered within 2 minutes and quickly resolve MY problem. Great printer!!

Functional - but could be improved

Printer seems functional for its cost and footprint.
Two ergonomic criticisms:
a) Doing anything via the tiny LCD screen is clunky and confusing. If it could display a few more lines of text it would be user friendly.

b) It should have a button to manually receive a fax. The gymnastics that one has to perform to manually receive a fax is not user friendly.

This is the best printer in the world and customer service is awesome, they took such great care of me and very prompt in resolution. I am definatley recommending Epson to my friends and family

excellent print quality, all in one printer is great, individual ink cartridges, easy replacement. Fast printing and copies, however it requires an extra step just to make a copy instead of placing document on the screen and push copy you must select copy and choose what you want
