This by far is the easiest all in one I've ever set up and worked. I needed to fax asap, took out of box, plugged in, loaded ink, connected to my computer, did set up, and scanned and faxed. Took about 15 minutes from opening the box to dialing my fax number! I installed with the CD today, but I've been printing and faxing ALL morning, without any problems. Thanks!

Makes beautiful copies. Is very reliable with no problems and I am able to get high capacity ink cartridges for this machine.

The setup was completely laid out, it was very easy to follow the guide... I did not look at the quick guide at all, nor the CD that came with it. I only used the Start Here guide. It lays everything out as simple as possible, you'd almost have to deliberately try to mess something up. Used the website described in step 6 to get software. The only thing I've printed so far is the initial test page after connecting my computer to it via Wi-Fi but if I were a gambling man (and I am...) I'd say I'm pretty hopeful and pleased with this product!

used >10x/wk for the past year and have not had any problems. the price was cheap and it has lasted. would recommend to anyone who does occasional printing and frequent scanning of docs/pics.
