Epson Printer WF 2650

As per registration I purchased this printer May 31st 2016. Have used it only several times and already I can't set it to print or change any of the settings. The screen prompts don't work. This is my 4th Epson printer and so far have loved them but how can a printer not work after 2 months & Have literally only used it about 6 times. It makes a funny noise when I try to set it up. I always keep it turned off. Please help.

the printer was very easy to set up. I'm writing this review after setting up the printer and printing a test page which turned out great. Haven't had a chance to use to for my personal use yet.

Use of Printer

I am not satisfied with several things. (1) Not enough instructions enclosed that would help do things. For instance, How to just make copied: How to scan pictures into computer and then print.
(2) Print quality of pictures is not good. (Has green strips across . (3) No instructions on how to get whole page printed.( It was printing 1/2 pages).
