WF2650 has handled all features as expected. The fax feature is my favorite and the WF2650 handles it with ease. Printing produces copies in vivid color and detail. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it is a little on the noisy side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I do like my new Epson printer - I have been a faithful Epson customer for many years. Their customer service is good, the products are good. I print a lot - get a new printer about every two years. I gave this one only 4 stars only because of the noise. IT'S SO NOISY! Good grief! Why does it have to be like that! lol Other than that - it's a great little home printer. Doesn't take a bunch of space. Works good. Prints look good.

I have purchased two of these for two different offices and have been very satisfied with their reliability. I had a problem with one not turning on after using it for over 6 months and they immediately sent me a new one, no questions asked, which arrived in two days. I feel their Customer Service is exemplary and recommend their product. I also feel, having read a lot of the reviews here that many people don't know how to properly set-up and maintain their printer(s). Many of the negative comments are rudimentary errors of the operator.

the only thing I do not like is the loading only a little paper each time if I need to print off a lot of papers. but the fax and copy scan into my computer even from my cell phone is very good and fast

I think the 2 sided printing is great, the setup on the wireless part was a little issue, but by the third try got it working. There are a lot of features I have yet to use. I do not have a hard line phone service so I have not used the fax. The scanner is great, good looking copies look just like the original document using the enhancements. Over all a great price.

I had a WF 845 which I loved. This one is appropriately named since it makes you work your tail off to make a copy, fax or scan. Every time you fax something, you have to reset your copy settings. The automatic feeder is a disaster! The ink usage is much more than my 845 was. If Epson wants to make money on the ink, they should at least make the printer work! I'm so sorry that I purchased this and it bums me out because I have always been a real cheerleader for Epson as I liked my prior all in one so much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
