We are significantly tech challenged. The Epson WF-2650 was by far the easiest technology to install/understand of all the technology we have. Plus tech support answered immediately and quickly solved the one install step that was confusing for me. Thank you

Pig of a machine

I bought this printer about six months ago and have been struggling with it ever since. It is the least user-friendly machine I have ever encountered. Everything from changing ink cartridges to re-setting instructions for a simple copy function is an arduous task. The scan interface is cumbersome compared to my old printer. I also feel it burns through ink cartridges much more quickly than my old HP. The last straw has been that I just got back from holidays and now cannot get it to print wirelessly although I have reconnected it several times. I am just fed up and unwilling to fight with the pig anymore. I am off to buy another printer tomorrow.

I cannot print as easy as I should... I can't automatically print documents or photos off my iPad. I'm ready to take this thing back because I don't understand why it's giving trouble.

First inkjet in over 15 years

Bought as a secondary printer for my vacation home because of price (pretty inexpensive) and low usage at this location. I normally use/own laser printers for their speed and relatively inexpensive toner (compared to ink).
Set up was pretty straight forward until I got to the driver disk. Not a lot of explanation of what to do with it and it would not autorun on an Win 7 machine. Started the setup manually and then it went pretty smoothly.
As with most multi-function printers (laser AND inkjet), the setup on the machine itself is not very intuitive either, and there is no printed documentation with the machine and NOTHING at all about scanning.
All this aside, the machine is now set up, so we will go forward from here and see how it works.

Install Issues
on December 6, 2015

I have installed many printers and other devices on my computer but have never had the issues as I do with this machine. I am replacing an Epson printer so we thought it would be an easy change. Our old printer just finally died after many years of use. Tech Support is open Monday through Friday, how inconvenient for a home use/purchase.
