I continually need to reset wireless set-up, NOT GOOD. Many times when I send a document to be printed from my macbook it says printer is not connected. It is very frustrating.

I purchased your 2650 about one month ago,and I am having a couple of problems with the printer. First when printing ,the page that is being printed skipping print and is a very light contrast constantly.I am not sure if it's the cartridge or if something needs to be cleaned . Can you give me any advice signed clueless?

In all, I love it. I must admit I am having some difficulties with printing from web sites and I don't quite have a grip on it yet, but will keep trying, of course.
The Fax works great. Haven't used the copy and scan yet.

Printer has worked well since purchase. However, capacity of ink cartridge is too small to be practical for any but light usage. In addition, all colors of ink, including black, are contained in one cartridge. If you don't use much color, the black will run out quite quickly. It does give you the option to "emulate" black printing by combining all other colors but not the same quality. To replace that single cartridge is expensive, almost as much as the cost of the printer itself.

I am very disappointed in your product have a hard time being able to print anything. I have two laptops hooked them up to the laptops. want to print and don't print i checked it why it's not printing cannot figure it out. Worked great in the beginning now it does not. I will not buy another one again

The machine works very well. One problem is figuring out how to change from one function to another. For the money it is a very good machine.

I had too get a refurbished printer witch was still under worrente because the hard ware went out in old printer other than that has been good so far

This printer is too much work to be worth the dollars spent on it. A person has to set up every different job you want to do. The bad part of this unlike other printers one can not make these changes through there computer you have to make these changes on the printer...
