A fine prin ter, except for thr followiing recurrent problem: every time a cartridge is replaced with a new one, the new cartridge leaves pages blurred when printed. Requires adjustment by a technician. A big nuisance, perhaps caused by defective print cartridges.

DO NOT PURCHASE

The WF-2650 is the loudest, slowest printer and scanner I have ever used. I have not utilized the faxing function so I have no review for that. Hoping I will be able to return without the box that was thrown away at the time of set up.

Epson WF-2650 not easy to set up

The Epson WF-2650 instructions leave a lot to be desired. 1) after installing the ink cartridges you have to power the printer down because there is no response when he lid is closed. 2) connect the printer to your network before installing the software on your computer, otherwise you will have to install the software twice because the computer can't find the printer if the printer is not connected to the network. 3) you can find the printer with an apple computer and print with it, but there is no way to install the software without a DVD drive.

This is the worst epson I ever owned. Very disappointed. Every time I want to make a simple copy, I have to set it up all over again.
Wireless worked at first, but now it doesn't.
Don't buy this machine.

Not having a set-up manual I had to make several trips to the retailer. The last time I went to the retailer one of the of the personal showed me how to work the screen and then printed the set-up instructions for me off of the internet. This the the 5th Epson printer that I have owned and the worst one to communicate with the computer. After getting it set up I do like the way it prints.

set up

The set up for my new WF-2650 printer was very easy for a nontechi. The CD made it almost foolproof. I do wish, however, that a "real" manual would come with the printer - not just on line. There's nothing like having a paper manual in hand to browse through to learn about all the features.
