If I was to describe this product in one word - it will be "ink- guzzler. I have had this product for about 8 months now and I am appalled at the way it runs through ink cartridges. I use this to print in my home and I do not print much, but every few days I see the warning - low ink. The worst was a day I just changed the yellow and without printing I checked the ink level and it was already half gone. Also the frustration of the printer stopping in the middle of a job to say - cartridge empty and refuse printing when only one cartridge is out and the other three still have ink, is to say the least - infuriating. And this is more aggravating when it happens in the night and you cannot run out to go and buy ink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The worst printer I have ever owned

This printer is seriously the worst printer we have ever purchased. We've owned and used for a year and I regret ever purchasing it, uses way too much ink, constantly shuts down it has been one continual problem after another. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

THIS IS THE SECOND EPSON ALL IN ONE THAT HAS STOPPED WORKING BECAUSE OF AN ERROR THAT NO ONE SEEMS TO BEABLE TO FIX. I HAVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING. CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE ON SUNDAY WHICH IS MY ONLY DAY OFF. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.

Do Not Buy - Worthless

This machine will shut itself down unless you replace the ink when it says to. I was unable to scan a document because I was out of BK ink. What does my ink level have to do with scanning a document? I wouldn't suggest this printer to anyone. Any machine that is designed to force you to purchase more ink so you can use the other functions is a piece of junk.

Really like the speed of the printer. No problems yet. Disappointed that I could not set it up myself, I am not a tech person, had to call my computer guy and have him come set it up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is NOT USER FRIENDLY!! Sometimes it is impossible to figure out how to make a simple copy from the printer. I looked out the manual….no help! Sometimes it works…sometimes it doesn't. There seems to be no rhyme or rhythm to when it will work.

I have owned Epson Printers for the last 10 years. Just had to purchase a new one. Advise: Do not buy a Epson printer on the weekend if you have any issues the customer support is not open until Monday at 9:00 EST. Tried to look for user guides couldn't find them any where.
