Love this printer

I mainly love this all-in-one because I can scan directly to Dropbox, Box, Evernote, PC, email or memory card. Much more organized and going paperless is great.

Great Product

I had a WorkForce 545 and it was a great printer. I find this one is just as good. The prices are so great that replacement is a snap. The only problem I had was realizing that the CD provided was not working on my computer, probably because I had installed Windows 10 and the CD was written prior to that time. But when I went online and did the install, it went without a problem. The size of printer is great since it is in a small space. Plus it looks great. The printing is such great quality. Cartridges are easy to install and ordering them is a snap. It is easy to use as the controls are so compact.

Set up went great. Prints from computer but I cannot get it to print from a paper on the printer? I have not found an email or # to call to get help. Went to manual and that did not help me. Please help!

Very easy set up and easy to use. All of the settings are to the point and easy to follow. Its not heavy and easy to move around.

We have been very displeased with the performance of the Workforce WF-2650 that we purchased in July. The print quality is poor. Photo quality is a joke. It does not pull that paper in straight, and the ink yield is only about 1/3 of what you advertise. I have replaced the cartridges 3X in 5 months, and have not gone through a ream of paper yet. The cost of ink is outrageous, making the printer almost disposable. We have used several Epson products in the past, and the quality has gone down with each generation. I have now decided that we will look to other companies to meet our printing needs. We will not recommend your products in the future.

The remote printer was difficult to install the fax turns on after the second ring, so I have to keep the printer turned off. The machine is very noisy when printing.
