This printer takes some getting used to as it has numerous setting to consider for certain print/copy jobs. Having said this, it performs flawlessly. Epson customer service is excellent and automatic updates

Printer is good but the setup instructions are not very clear about each step, especially insertion of cartridges for the first time, need more detailed instructions. Print quality is good.

Having trouble setting up wireless/cloud scan and print. It only works sometimes and not very often. Very frustrating. However, it does print well but not happy with the scanner which is the reason I purchased the product

easy set up

Usually I need my son to help with setting up new hardware... But this was so easy I did it on my own. The copies I have done so far on this printer have been excellent. Crisp text and vibrant colors. I love this printer and would not hesitate to recommend it to any one.

Streaks

If the printer sits for more than a day, the prints start coming out streaked and do not clear up even after several prints. If anyone knows if there is a fix for this let me know.
