Scanner Error 20 - Brand New Out of Box

Removed WF-2650 from the packaging, Step 1
Step 2 - Power on, and configure. Selected English, USA, Date and Time, then Scanner Error 20, states power down and I re-booted twice, same error.
Step 3 - Installed Ink Cartridges - Check
Step 4 - added paper - Check
Step 5 - connect to fax line - Check
Step 6 - install software - Check
Step 4 - added paper - Check
Step 5 - connect to fax line - Check
Step 6 - install software - Check
Still will not finish configuring, I keep getting Scanner Error 20, so I cannot finish install or use this All-in-One WF-2650
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wireless Setup in Win Ten

I have a mixed Win 10 and 7 Infrastructure on a mixed wired and wireless network. Once I set the wireless settings on the printer, all of my workstations were easy to setup. Win 10 workstations set up automatically. I still ran the setup disc to install some of the Epson utilities. Overall, everything was very quick and easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Set up nightmare

This is the most difficult set up I have ever encountered. It has taken almost 3 HOURS AND I STILL DON'T KNOW THAT I AM CONNECTED TO WI-FI. Your instructions were almost nonexistent and what was present was useless.
Having had an Epson before I was unpleasantly surprised at the difficulty of completing what should have been a quick, painless process. I doubt I will EVER consider your products again. This has been a waste of my time and money.

Great Value

Printer is very easy to install. My only complaint is there were no specific instructions as to how to set the paper tray location. When I tried to print, it indicated there was a paper jam, but actually the paper was not pushed far enough into the tray.
Otherwise.....great product/value
