This is a great printer! I love that I can print straight from my iphone. Having the capability to copy multiple pages at once is convenient. Great quality and I'm very pleased. Would definitely purchase again.

This is my introduction to Epson. Install document appeared simple, 'til I got to step-6 [ install software ]. At this point, confusion began to set in. Find password, follow instructions in the screen, jump to instructions [ not at all clear ] on the printer face, an excessive number of 'windows' were left open, some instructions on the screen were not completely clear... naming the issues that I am able to recall now. As far as "stars" I wish I could have given a 5-star rate, but the 3-star rate is solely on the product install. Given the opportunity, after some use, I hope I will be able to raise my satisfaction.

I have owned an Epson printer, Artista 800 for several years and have been very pleased with it.
I am having a really hard time installing this new printer and have not even tried to install wireless to my Iphone or Ipad. It should be easier.

Wireless = slow

This printer takes forever to get the message from the network to print the jobs I send...sometimes it has even taken days! Plus, it didn't come with the USB cord to connect to the computer directly, so that isn't an option. I tried buying a cord, but it didn't fit. Very frustrating!

Prints great, but one problem. Been using it and then tried to use it and said printer was not connected. Screen ask me if I wanted to reset, explained that I would lose print jobs already in the Que. Hit reset and lost everything. Have downloaded driver & utility but printer does not come up on list to add to computer/MAC.
Printer is a little complicated when coping two sided originals.

Constantly causing me headaches. It has to be unplugged every day to reset before working. Worst printer I have ever owned. I hate it.

Bought this to replace a WorkForce printer that I had for about 5 years. Replaced with this one because I needed to be able to scan and fax color documents. 100% Totally satisfied. This is a great unit for the price!!
